General
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Hunt and Explore. By placing an order you agree to these conditions.

Offers and Agreements
All offers are without obligation and valid while supplies last. An agreement is concluded after written confirmation of the order by Hunt and Explore.

Prices and Payment
All prices are exclusive of VAT and other government levies, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made within 30 days after invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a fatal term. Delay in delivery does not entitle the customer to compensation or termination of the agreement.

Returns and Complaints
Returns will only be accepted after prior written approval. Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Liability
Hunt and Explore is not liable for any damage, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the delivered products.

Applicable Law
All legal relationships are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in [your location].
